During this meeting, we can discuss your unique circumstances to assess the best way we can help you move forward. Following your initial consultation, we will provide you with a cost agreement outlining our fees and scope of work, providing clarity and peace of mind from the outset as we work together to achieve the best possible outcome for your family's future.

We charge a competitive hourly rate, which allows us to dedicate the time and attention your situation requires, ensuring a comprehensive, tailored approach.

To keep your legal costs to a minimum, we match you with the most appropriately qualified lawyer for your matter.

Payment and Funding Options

We understand that the financial side of separation or property matters can feel overwhelming. To help ease that burden, you may be able to pay your legal fees at the end of your matter. If you have concerns about your ability to pay, there may be options to assist you pending final settlement.

Several lending institutions can assist with payment of legal fees, including JustFund. If eligible, they can provide a line of credit to pay legal fees and associated costs for your family law matter. The loan will be repaid from the proceeds of your property settlement at the conclusion of your matter.
